1. Date of this notice

This cookie policy took effect on October 7, 2026 and was last updated that day. It covers zavtilo.com, run by Zavtilo from 46 Market Street, Büro 5, Austin, Texas 82389, United States. The wider picture of what we keep from an inquiry is in the privacy policy.

02

2. Three kinds of storage, one of them always on

Strictly necessary. Your consent choice, and the chat token if you open the chat. Without them the banner would ask on every page and a chat would vanish when you reload. These are set without asking because they do nothing else.

Analytics. Counts of visits and pages, used to see which parts of the catalogue people actually read. Off until you allow storage.

Advertising. Cookies from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads that remember the ad you clicked so the platform can count an inquiry against it. Off until you allow storage.

03

3. Every key, who sets it, how long it lasts

Names below are the ones the platforms currently use. A platform can rename its cookies; when we notice, this table changes.

4. Ad clicks arrive with an identifier on the link

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send paid traffic here today. Each adds a parameter to the address when you click: gclid from Google Ads, msclkid from Microsoft Advertising, fbclid from Meta Ads. It is a random string, not your name.

With storage allowed, the platform tag copies that string into one of the cookies in the table above so a later inquiry can be counted against the ad. With storage declined, the parameter sits in the address bar and nothing writes it anywhere. None of these platforms has reviewed or approved this site.

5. Consent Mode v2 starts every signal at denied

Before the page loads any tag, Google Consent Mode v2 is set with four signals, all denied:

Consent Mode v2 signals
SignalControlsBefore choiceAfter AllowAfter Decline
ad_storageAd cookiesDeniedGrantedDenied
ad_user_dataSending user data to Google for adsDeniedGrantedDenied
ad_personalizationRemarketing and personalized adsDeniedGrantedDenied
analytics_storageAnalytics cookiesDeniedGrantedDenied

Allow sets all four to granted. Decline, or withdrawing later, sets them back to denied immediately. Microsoft's UET tag and the Meta pixel follow the same choice. A browser sending Global Privacy Control starts at Decline without the banner asking, and the three advertising signals stay denied even if you later click Allow.

06

6. How you choose, and how you change your mind

On your first visit a bar along the bottom of the screen offers Decline and Allow. It does not cover the page; you can read and browse without answering, and until you do, everything stays denied.

To change it later, use Cookie settings in the footer row of every page. That reopens the same choice. Withdrawing takes effect at once and we stop writing ad and analytics cookies; to remove ones already set, clear this site's cookies in your browser. The record of your choice is kept for 12 months.

07

7. If you decline, the catalogue works the same

Every page, the configurator, the inquiry form and the chat work exactly as before. What stops: no analytics cookies, no ad cookies, no click identifier stored, no remarketing. The only thing we lose is knowing which ad sent you, and that is our problem, not yours.

08

8. The platforms' own documents

  • Google: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from sites like this one at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Microsoft: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
  • Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
